History

4 POINT 0 is a division of Roxbury USA, the finest manufacturer of knit headwear in the country. Roxbury USA manufactures for Reebok, Oakley, Quicksilver, Hurley, Stussy, Volcom, Smith, Mervin and others.

Roxbury has been a manufacturer of quality custom knit products for more than 25 years. Roxbury is a family owned and operated knitting mill located in New York's Rockaway Park. We employ the best knit technicians the area has to offer.

In 1994, Roxbury launched 4 POINT 0 to bring the same fine quality knit products we supplied to others, to the college market. 4 POINT 0 is now licensed by over 100 colleges and universities and supplies many others without licensing programs. Our mission is to be the premier supplier of knit and cold weather headwear and accessories, to college bookstores and campus specialty shops, as well as selected retailers nationally. 4 POINT 0 has also created a line of plush animals that stand out from the competition because of the quality, custom knit sweaters we dress them in. 4 POINT 0 has now taken these products into the Team Dealer, Golf and Resort, and Gift Shop markets.

Provide the highest- quality products.

Our production quality control measures are more strict than your dean, and our products are guaranteed to outlast even your linebackers! We have internal and external quality control experts inspect our products regularly, and we always earn top grades!

Know what styles are "in" and offer custom designs.

Our design team scouts for the newest trends in team and school gear, and bring their results to our experienced knit technicians to deliver your school the hottest items with the highest quality.

If your organization doesn't have a design or logo, our designers can create one for you for only $75.

Beat the clock on delivery.

Call or email us to place your order and we will create an electronic sample with your team name and colors. Review and approve your sample via e-mail, and production will begin. Because your purchase is manufactured domestically, minimum orders are low and delivery is quick. Orders are usually delivered within two weeks from when you approve your sample. Orders placed from August 1 to October 1 take 3 to 4 weeks. Please allow 2 additional weeks for custom designs.
